Understanding Clear Aligners – Part Two Clear Aligner Case Selection

This course is intended for GP Dentists and Their Teams

This 5-hour course is designed for doctors and their team members who have attended Part One Understanding Clear Aligner Parameters. This course focuses on clear aligner case selection to help doctors and team members identify patients who would benefit from clear aligner therapy. Attendees will learn key clinical skills to ensure an excellent patient experience. Participants will also learn techniques to improve aligner treatment outcome and team approaches to improving clear aligner case acceptance.

Course Objectives
  • Understand the definition of malocclusion
  • Identify the difference between Aligner Occlusion vs. Non-Aligner Occlusion
  • See how mastication and jaw movements impact oral health
  • Review of the Ataii 2,4,6 Rule
  • Clinical case review of Class I, Class II, Class III
  • Learn treatment planning
  • Comprehensive Care including Aligner Treatment
